We bought ours in November 2008, it has performed flawlessly, we like the wrinkle shield feature and most of the time we use the normal setting which calls for 35 minutes but adjusts itself according to the moisture content of the load. We bought the pedestals later and strongly recommend them, much easier loading and unloading and they serve as storage. We hope to have it for a long time.
